Steve and his his team have designed two stunning houses for my wife and myself. The first house was a two storey house on a sloping waterfront block, which we built in 2009 and absolutely loved. Now a single level house that takes full advantage of the site. We love living in this house. We would recommend the Pole Home Centre, without hesitation, for an imaginative and collaborative home design experience.
We have had such an awesome experience with Steve. He designed our pole home 10 years ago and we love it so much we have extended it twice with Steve's help to accommodate our growing family. Steve has worked his magic and helped us add on as we have needed to in a way that has fitted seamlessly with the original building. We could not be happier with Steve's work. I wish there was a sixth star option available
Cannot fault the pole home centre, they have worked on quite a large project for us in Newcastle, being a residential Hamptons inspired pavilion home that has had various issues with the site and council. The team have worked tirelessly on the project in the backend and it would not have got to the final stages without having them on board. I’m giving this reference in it being our 5th build, so we know quality and attention to detail when we see it.
The resulting design exceeded all our expectations. Throughout the process, from concept design to final design, council approval and the design documentation for tender and building permit, Stephen was great to work with, getting back to us about things in the time-frame he said he would, answering all our questions, and patiently dealing with my indecision and need to understand everything.
What a pleasure it has been to work with the Pole Home Centre, the whole process was made easy by Stephen and his team. And the end result is simply stunning, we love our new home.
