Commencing in 1996 with Stephen Hayes as the sole director, The Pole Home Centre Pty Ltd has been designing award-winning homes all around Australia for over 28+ years. With approximately 20–25 homes designed annually and many years of experience in the business, it’s no wonder The Pole Home Centre has been awarded the Housing Industry Association (HIA) Custom Built Home for the Hunter Region.
The Pole Home Centre custom-designs modern, individual open-plan homes to suit even the most difficult blocks of land, meeting each client’s unique lifestyle requirements while being mindful of any budget constraints.
Designing high-quality, contemporary homes with a focus on environmental sustainability are at the core of Stephen Hayes’ designs. Functionality and effect are integrated into every design, ensuring a sense of space is created from within the home to the outside living areas.

SITE INSPECTIONS
Many areas are covered by our free site inspections. Please contact our office for more details and to organize an inspection in your area. We also offer a pre purchase site appraisal at additional cost.
CONSULTATIONS
An initial one-hour consultation in our office is free of charge or obligation.
DESIGN CONCEPTS AND WORKING DRAWINGS
All of our contemporary residential designs suit you lifestyle needs, site conditions, council regulations, views and outlook and most importantly budget.
Each set of working drawings consist of:
• Site plan • Floor plans • 4 elevations • Cross section • Specification
ADDITIONAL COUNCIL REQUESTED DRAWINGS AND REPORTS
Apart from standard working drawings council may require specialist reports and drawings.
We provide the following at an additional cost to working drawings:
• Basix certificates • Shadow Diagram • Site Analysis • Environmental Impact Statement • Landscape plan (general) • 3D drawings
